Burger (local, organic, grass fed/finished) was so excellent we ordered a second. Perfect size at 6oz, juicy and stands on it’s own without any added condiments, although dijon added fun pops. The “almost cesar” was the best kind of cesar —super fresh greens and perfectly dressed. Creative and curated drinks menu, will be coming back for a carajillo during the day. The design of the space marries modernist and tribal geometry with organic, curvy pieces that mirror the 60s pueblo revival bones. The art and even dinner plates featured local artists in the area. The details were really thought through. We thoroughly enjoyed the vibe— backed up by quality ingredients and warm service.

A great new bar in Taos. A lot of options for spirits, especially Mezcal. Beautiful remodel and the outside patio has amazing landscaping. Highly recommended a visit.

We had dinner here during our stay at the Hotel Willa and it was so good we extended our stay so we could eat here again the next night! Laura, our adorable server was outstanding and provided amazing service with a wonderful attitude, contagious smile and great conversation. The food was fantastic and it was obvious that the ingredients were curated with sense and purpose. Over the two nights we had almost every item on the menu and I would order them all again. The dry aged ribeye was spectacular! We will return back to Taos just to stay and eat here. This should definitely be at the top of your Taos dining list!

juliette was our first step in a fabulous culinary journey this weekend. We ate both lunch and dinner here. Lunch in the bar; quiet and relaxing at this time of day. Dinner on the amazing patio, a completely different vibe, after an event, full of energy and a cool Taos vibe. I would highly recommend the smoked trout with black radishes (pictured), the flavors were incredible. We tried a wide variety of the dishes and you can’t go wrong. The flavors lean towards delicate, highlighting the freshness and in-season nature of the elements that make up each dish. Whether you’re looking for a place to join friends for a cocktail or a more elevated dining experience, juliette is your destination. Kudos to Hotel Willa, for bringing this hotel, bar, and restaurant experience to Taos.

The hotel is new I believe. Hotel Willa. They have a desert garden as a view from the porch. Service= great Design= great We had the green chile burgers with no buns and just lettuce as we eat gluten-free. The meat was so flavorful. We had mocktails that were not that good as they were too herbal for me. I would skip that. We also had a big bowl of endives and a lovely Lima bean dish. we didn’t stay at the hotel, but it looked nice.

We went to Juliette for drinks after dinner. It was a great vibe with moody lighting, an inviting atmosphere, and options for indoor or outdoor seating. The menu had great drink options and they were delicious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back to try dinner next time, as this is a new addition for Taos. Definitely worth a visit!

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. Incredibly high quality food and cocktails all crafted with locally sourced ingredients. This is our new favorite restaurant in Taos, and we will be back! The food was so good that we ate most of it before even thinking about photos. Pictured here are the beef fat potatoes and the burger…both of which were amazing.
